Hackajob is collaborating with DXC Technology to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role. HSS Storage Systems Administrator Manchester or Gloucester will be on site 5 days per week. Due to security vetting requirements candidates must be eligible for or currently hold clearance.

One of our platinum accounts has an opening for a Storage System Administrator to join the team. Your role will include:

  • Implementing standards, policies, and procedures for continual service improvement.
  • Providing first and second level technical support on incidents and problems.
  • Monitoring overall system performance and ensuring smooth system functionality.
  • Assisting in building compliance with our processes and policies.
  • Ensuring steady storage provisioning, protection of data, and adherence to compliance.
  • Working to ITIL best practices.
  • Taking a proactive approach towards looking for risks and problems.
  • Having an ability to adapt quickly and work in an agile fashion.
  • Foundational experience in cloud technologies including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
