One of our platinum accounts has an opening for a Storage System Administrator to join the team. Your role will include:
- Implementing standards, policies, and procedures for continual service improvement.
- Providing first and second level technical support on incidents and problems.
- Monitoring overall system performance and ensuring smooth system functionality.
- Assisting in building compliance with our processes and policies.
- Ensuring steady storage provisioning, protection of data, and adherence to compliance.
- Working to ITIL best practices.
- Taking a proactive approach towards looking for risks and problems.
- Having an ability to adapt quickly and work in an agile fashion.
- Foundational experience in cloud technologies including AWS and Microsoft Azure.
