Responsibilities:- Responsible for design, develop Network and Network Security solutions for external clients for their business needs including technology, service delivery and commercial aspects.
- Serves as a Network technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.
- Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a strong understanding of the capabilities that DXC and partners provide.
- Responsible for sizing and costing of the architected solution.
- Responsible for documenting the solution and governing it internally for its deliverability.
- Responsible for aligning the commercial aspects of client engagement (SOWs, project plans etc.) with the technical delivery solution.
- Responsible for presenting the solution to client and serve as trusted advisor to establish client confidence.
- Apply Network domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/design large and complex network deals, evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirements.
- Possess strong knowledge and acquire certification on Traditional (LAN/WLAN/WAN, Firewall) Software Defined Network (SDWAN, SDLAN, SDDC and SSE) and cloud network technologies.
- Familiarity with Cisco, HPE Aruba Networking, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto and leading network OEMs.
- Lead End-to-End presentation sessions/discussions with key internal and customer stakeholders during the RFI/RFP cycle.
- Support UK secure deals.
- Interlock with businesses to understand their objectives and recommend solution/s to meet their requirements.
- Provide Network pre-sales / solution support to business requirements.
- Specializing in network design, architect End-to-End Transformation / Managed service solutions, RFx responses & Commercial acumen.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and business goals.
- Foster collaboration within the solution bid team and with cross-functional Solution Architects, Account and SMEs.
- Conduct requirement workshops to capture customer requirements.
- Create winning Network proposals aligned to customer requirements in the RFP.
- Build (and maintain repository) for costing models, proposals, and business development artifacts.
- Capable of independently thinking, articulating and comprehending customer pain points in technology and commercial areas for providing right solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, extensive Network work experience in industry, solid experience in Network Solutioning.
- Relevant certifications in SDN and Cloud network technologies.
