We are building a new digital platform and services to streamline transaction processing and enable higher‑value activities.
An Insurance Technician reports to a Team Manager and performs technical checks, data entry, and processing across insurance risks for various clients. The work must meet market‑standard service levels for quality and turnaround time. The role includes liaison with underwriters, brokers and other teams to capture required information, primarily via email and telephone. Responsibilities involve resolving technical issues, developing new process instructions, and providing training to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities- Review technical processing submissions for onward processing or data entry.
- Validate data, obtain additional information, and correct inaccuracies.
- Identify non‑compliant data and initiate corrective action.
- Process non‑cash and cash entries as required.
- Maintain high standards of quality in line with customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
