We currently have around 150 customers in Insurance Software for the UK and Ireland, accounting for circa $80m in annual revenue and growing. We work with brokers, carriers and reinsurers operating in the Life and Pensions, Commercial & Specialty and Reinsurance markets, ranging from very large to very small. The Lloyd’s market is undergoing a significant transformation, and our customers will require regular communications from us. This is where you will come in.
Are you a natural researcher with a passion for data and statistics? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Knowledge Management Manager who is looking for their next career step to join our Insurance Software business to build and maintain our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the ISB software and BPS knowledge base
- Act as ISB’s oracle for approved data about every aspect of ISB across people, product
- Be ISB’s go-to person for questions about ISB statistics and data
- Inquisitive and uses AI to help build tools to equip ISB team with data and enable self-serve on data
- Work closely with market research, marketing and sales to build and maintain ISB content
- Prepare and maintain case studies and detailed knowledge packs about our products
- Provide documentation that everyone in ISB can lay their hands instantly on every fact they need about our products and services
- Build a single source of truth about all the facts we need about our business
