We are looking for a Transition Manager to lead the seamless transfer of services between providers, ensuring continuity and stability for business operations. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver smooth, well-managed transitions. You will play a key role in shaping transition strategies, building strong stakeholder relationships, and guiding teams through change with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and deliver structured transition plans tailored to client and business needs.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations through clear and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely service delivery.
• Identify potential risks early and implement practical mitigation and contingency plans.
• Track progress against milestones, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve transition approaches by applying best practices and lessons learned.

Key Skills & Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in transition management or service delivery roles, with a track record of handling complex projects.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Confident problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and guide teams through change.
