DXC Technology is looking for an experienced Network Delivery Lead to ensure all agreed deliverables are met for the represented network service capability across a secure, high-profile client environment. This is a critical, site-based role responsible for ensuring the Network Services requirements are delivered at the right time to meet client Operational demand, technology roadmap and customers tactical and strategic initiatives, working closely with account leadership, delivery and support teams.
As Network Delivery Lead, you will represent all DXC Network Services seamlessly and provide a conduit between our DXC account management team, network operations, project, engineering, architecture, other DXC support groups, client counterparts and other third-party network service providers or suppliers where required.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end network delivery, planning and support for the account.
- Work with delivery and account leadership to maintain an in-depth understanding of the customers strategic initiatives, its technology roadmap and its pain points.
- Liaise with Architecture / Engineering and Operations to manage Network Delivery across the account.
- Provide thought leadership on all high severity network incident resolutions and ensure both internal and external communication lines are strong and consistent.
- Track Network availability, utilisation, and performance with optimisation and continuous improvement centric always.
- Drive Network delivery governance, including risk management, full ITIL suite processes, reporting and compliance auditing.
- Support skills management, financials, and procurement and support with vendor liaison and associated support renewals.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on Network performance, support dashboards and tooling.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process improvement and automation.
- Proven experience in Network Delivery, Operational Support and Stakeholder engagement within complex secure environments.
- Strong understanding of networking principles including security functions up to Cisco CCNP level or alternative vendor equivalent.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in delivery or account teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and strategic implications for Senior Management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- DV (Developed Vetting) clearance – mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Hampshire.
