DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Engineering Process Lead to define, govern, and continuously improve engineering processes across the organisation. This role is critical to ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient ways of working that support high-quality engineering delivery and enable programme success.

As the Engineering Process Lead, you will take ownership of the engineering process framework across the systems lifecycle. You will ensure processes are aligned to regulatory, customer, and internal standards, while driving adoption, efficiency, and continuous improvement across engineering teams. You will act as the focal point for process governance, working closely with engineering, quality, and programme stakeholders to embed best practices and improve delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Own and govern the engineering process framework, including requirements management, design governance, configuration control, change management, verification, and release processes.
- Ensure engineering processes align with regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards.
- Lead deployment, communication, and training of engineering processes across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lessons learned, root cause analysis, and performance data.
- Collaborate with discipline leads to streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and embed best practices.
- Maintain process documentation, templates, and guidance materials.
- Monitor and report on process adherence and performance using KPIs, audits, and metrics.
- Act as the central point of contact for process-related queries, escalations, and governance decisions.
- Support programme teams in adopting consistent, traceable, and audit-ready engineering practices.
- Proven experience in engineering process management, governance, or quality within complex engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes and frameworks.
- Experience implementing and improving processes aligned to regulatory and quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret process performance data and drive improvements.
