Currently we are looking for the Strategic Major Deals Leader, who will drive the growth of our business by securing high-value, complex deals with enterprise clients within DXC’s Consulting and Engineering division. This senior leader will oversee the end-to-end deal lifecycle, working across sales, solution, and delivery teams to shape and close strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate is a dealmaker with strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and an understanding of IT system modernisation, service transformation, and application modernisation and management.
- Strategic Deal Ownership: Lead the pursuit of 50-100+ million dollar opportunities, from initial engagement, pursuit strategy, through contract closure.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Commercial Structuring: Design pricing models and contract structures that balance client value with company profitability.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations strategy and business conversation as needed.
- Pipeline Management:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). Demonstrated success closing deals exceeding $10M in TCV (Total Contract Value). Experience in complex sales process and internal/external stakeholder management. Familiarity with enterprise technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and legacy-to-modern application migrations.
