The Role: The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for delivering revenue growth in one or more client accounts. They act as the key representative of the Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization for their clients, coordinating all CES activities and personnel within their accounts. CSMs are central to developing and executing CES strategic objectives and financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Account planning with market partners, leveraging Industry SMEs
- Managing a pipeline of sub-$5M deals
- Ensuring contract renewal readiness and securing renewals
- Fostering a revenue growth mindset within the CES team for their accounts
- Proactively creating opportunities with Consulting Partners, Client Technical Leads, Industry SMEs, and Sales teams
- Understanding the relationship between client goals, internal programs, and technology activities
- Maintaining industry expertise and understanding market and competitor activities
- Approving deals under $5M
- Forecasting revenue and margin accurately with market partners
- Ensuring contractual delivery obligations are met
Requirements:
- UK National with at least five years of residence, eligible for SC clearance
- Proven experience in the Aerospace & Defence sector
- Track record in sales and business development, managing client portfolios, closing deals under $5M
- Experience in consultative sales and delivering CES IT services
- Strong client management skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to oversee service delivery in high-security environments
- Comfort working with senior client executives, government officials, and internal teams
Preferred Skills:
- Commercial acumen and understanding of contractual/financial governance
- Experience with global IT service providers and enterprise technology partners
- Ability to navigate complex security and government procurement processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
