This is a virtual‑first role with weekly travel to our office in Chatham (ME4 4RQ) and occasional travel to London. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. Applicants must be able to travel to these locations.

Apprenticeship Programme
Over the course of the programme you will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship while contributing to real work. You will receive workplace experience and formal training, paired with a buddy and a supportive Early Careers community. You will join on a permanent contract, with the apprenticeship as the foundation for future career progression within Velonetic.
Responsibilities
- Participate in learning and development projects and tasks, working closely with the team
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to administer learning programmes and support project teams
- Support employees’ access to external training by liaising with suppliers and the Velonetic Supply Chain
- Coordinate training programmes and collect evaluation data to assess performance
- Maintain accurate records and documents to monitor and report on mandatory training compliance to auditors
- Seek guidance from more experienced team members as needed
- Monitor budget utilisation and resource allocation
