- Conduct technical checks on insurance documentation to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Use IT‑based systems to support the technical process, with supervision or referral where applicable.
- Liaise with customers and brokers to resolve queries and issues related to the work being processed.
- Own and manage your own workload.
- Input details into the database to initiate settlements or updates.
- Complete accurate reporting associated with the work being processed.
- Support and contribute to innovation and process improvement projects.
