The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

• Single point of contact for all catalog related interactions to the Customer, Service Provider(s), Account Lead

• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Service Catalog Maintenance requests, supporting best practices and implementations

• Translates Customer defined business requirements into catalog configuration specifications to be implemented in the Service Catalog

• Works with key stakeholders to ensure modifications to the catalog are aligned to standards and contractual obligations

• Facilitates testing and provides support to ensure changes implemented align with defined business requirements

• Plans catalog changes within the defined maintenance cycle

• Provides input into Capability for continuous improvement of the global GSS services, including all elements of the service package (process, procedure, work instructions, report standards, training, tool capability, automation, etc.)

• Interacts with Account Lead to implement catalog items from frequent NSSR requests

• Monitors the service request environment, identifying and responding to new and changing business needs and possible improvements in efficiency

• Participates in Catalog implementation to receive knowledge transfer of customer catalog

• Performs proactive catalog audits on catalog utilization

• Writes knowledge articles to communicate catalog changes that will impact end users through the portal
