Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a named account list, developing account plans to expand business with existing clients and win new logos
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring the right executive engagement at every stage
- Shape our platform partnership strategy and help establish scalable, repeatable engagement models
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate and nurture new opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
- Contribute to team initiatives to refine and improve our sales process
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to influence product direction and engagement strategy
Qualifications:
- Extensive years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience
- Proven success in consultative sales with experience selling ACV deals
- Experience selling to product, engineering, technical, and leadership stakeholders
- Skilled in pipeline development through both inbound and outbound channels, ideally in high-growth environments
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Passion for FinTech and awareness of market trends
- Ability to evangelize GrowthX's value across fintech and adjacent verticals
