Provide second and third level technical support on incidents and problems:
- Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality
- Requirements consulting, design, implementation and maintenance of security toolsets and integrations
- Assist the Account Security Team with processes and policies
- Working to ITIL best practices
- A proactive approach towards looking for risks and problems
- Assist in shaping future security services on key client accounts
Desirable Skills and Technologies:
- Solid knowledge and understanding of networking
- Experience in the design, implementation and ongoing management of security toolsets and technologies within both on-premises and cloud environments
- Experience or knowledge of operating systems, PKI, anti-virus, firewalls, device and application control, privileged access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring
- Good understanding of non-functional/quality requirements within security toolset designs
- Strong awareness of governance, risk and compliance
- Awareness and understanding of modern technology tools eg Git, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and their related security considerations
- Ability to communicate key details of technical solutions to a variety of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
- Ability to plan, design and demonstrate proof of concepts relating to a variety of security toolsets
