Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Core Responsibilities

  • General warehouse duties.
  • Picking & Packing material for services requests.
  • Goods in – Unpacking received device shipments and scanning and updating Inventory Management System (IMS).
  • Dust blast and clean received devices and update IMS.
  • Goods out – Downdating system against shipping info.
  • Manual handling, including transferring goods using pallet trucks safely and ensuring all mandatory training, including H&S is completed.
  • Performs all order fulfilment and warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, stocking, storing and inventory of materials to ensure that company warehousing needs are met.
  • Receives material and verifies count against documents to ensure that all materials are received according to agreed quantities.
  • Processes requests for items, pulls and assembles kits for shipping, prepares and packs items for shipment to ensure that all items are addressed and shipped to appropriate locations.
  • Assists in loading and unloading shipments and ensures that all items are catalogued and then placed in appropriate locations in the warehouse.
  • Contacts business unit personnel, courier services, vendors and other relevant parties to ensure accurate delivery and pick-up of all shipment.
