Core Responsibilities
- General warehouse duties.
- Picking & Packing material for services requests.
- Goods in – Unpacking received device shipments and scanning and updating Inventory Management System (IMS).
- Dust blast and clean received devices and update IMS.
- Goods out – Downdating system against shipping info.
- Manual handling, including transferring goods using pallet trucks safely and ensuring all mandatory training, including H&S is completed.
- Performs all order fulfilment and warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, stocking, storing and inventory of materials to ensure that company warehousing needs are met.
- Receives material and verifies count against documents to ensure that all materials are received according to agreed quantities.
- Processes requests for items, pulls and assembles kits for shipping, prepares and packs items for shipment to ensure that all items are addressed and shipped to appropriate locations.
- Assists in loading and unloading shipments and ensures that all items are catalogued and then placed in appropriate locations in the warehouse.
- Contacts business unit personnel, courier services, vendors and other relevant parties to ensure accurate delivery and pick-up of all shipment.
