This role is accountable for orchestrating partner performance end to end, ensuring client outcomes, maximizing financial results, and strengthening long-term account value.

The position serves as the primary interface between partners, internal delivery leadership, and senior client stakeholders. • Financial Performance & Margin Expansion: Own commercial performance across the partner landscape, including margin management, cost control, and financial forecasting. Balance client value, partner viability, and DXC profitability.
  • Account Strategy & Risk Management: Contribute to account strategy, planning, and governance at an executive level. Anticipate delivery, financial, and relationship risks; implement mitigation and retention strategies across the partner ecosystem.
  • Enterprise Collaboration & Leadership: Lead across delivery, commercial, and functional teams to ensure a cohesive, high‐quality client experience. Influence in complex, matrixed environments.
