DXC Technology is a Fortune 500 global IT services leader, delivering mission-critical solutions for some of the world’s most respected enterprises. With 130,000 professionals across 70+ countries, we combine deep industry expertise, engineering excellence, and a powerful partner ecosystem to drive measurable business transformation.

As part of our continued investment in our European Oracle Practice, we are seeking a high-performing Oracle Sales Professional to join our Consulting & Engineering Services to accelerate growth across our Enterprise Applications and SaaS portfolio.

The Opportunity:

This is a strategic, growth-focused sales role with significant visibility and impact. You will lead complex Oracle-driven transformation deals, expand our footprint across key platinum accounts, and position DXC as a trusted transformation partner at executive level. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology innovation — shaping large-scale Oracle engagements across ERP, HCM, SCM, and Cloud platforms while unlocking cross-portfolio opportunities within DXC’s broader application services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the full sales lifecycle — from opportunity identification through qualification, pursuit, negotiation, and closure.
  • Lead strategic Oracle pursuits, developing differentiated value propositions aligned to client transformation priorities.
  • Expand revenue streams through cross-sell initiatives across DXC’s Enterprise Applications portfolio (including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and broader SaaS and cloud offerings).
  • Partner closely with presales, solution architects, delivery leaders, and alliance partners to craft compelling, outcome-led proposals.
  • Build and maintain C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, positioning DXC as a long-term strategic advisor.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans, pipeline strategies, and targeted go-to-market campaigns within the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Represent DXC in executive briefings, industry events, and partner forums to strengthen market presence and influence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in Oracle sales within enterprise IT services environments.
  • Strong track record of closing complex, consultative Oracle transformation deals (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, OCI).
  • Domain expertise in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Human Capital Management.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle applications, cloud migration, modernization programs, and SaaS-driven business transformation.
  • Proven ability to engage senior executives and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Commercially astute, self-driven, and comfortable operating in high-performance sales environments.
  • Based in the UK with eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.

Join a globally recognized Oracle services partner with strong alliance relationships and delivery excellence. Work in an entrepreneurial, empowered sales culture where performance is rewarded and innovation is encouraged. Access a broad portfolio of enterprise capabilities to support multi-solution, high-value deals. Accelerate your career within a high-growth practice backed by global scale and credibility.

At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritises in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
