Role Overview
The Oracle Fusion SaaS Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end transformation initiatives leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role requires strong leadership, deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS modules, and the ability to manage complex business change programs. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of transformation objectives.
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership
- Lead the Oracle Fusion SaaS transformation program across Finance, Procurement, HR, and other relevant modules.
- Define and execute the roadmap for migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Lead a Team of Consultants, Architects and Engineers with skills across all areas to work on Oracle Transformation Projects moving clients to an Oracle Cloud based Solution.
- Solution Design & Delivery
- Oversee solution architecture, configuration, and integration of Oracle Fusion SaaS applications.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Interpret client business requirements to enable the design of the Oracle Cloud based solutions in a hybrid environment fitting “new with old” services:
- SaaS (Cloud Applications)
- PaaS (Integration Cloud (OIC), Database Cloud Service (DBCS), Analytics Cloud (OAC), Data Integrator (OCI DI), Identity Cloud Service (IDCS))
- IaaS (Cloud Hosted Solutions)
- Manage relationships with Oracle and implementation partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Establish governance frameworks for project execution and monitor adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Engage with senior business leaders to understand requirements and align transformation goals with organizational strategy.
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively to executive stakeholders.
Essentials
- Should be experienced in some or all of the following areas:
- Extensive years of experience in ERP transformation programs, with several years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Detailed knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud based solutions covering:
- Oracle SaaS based applications (Finance and SCM)
- Oracle IaaS
- Oracle PaaS
