Security Requirements
Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, successful candidates must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual security requirements, including applicable residency requirements, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Some roles may also be subject to nationality requirements where necessary to meet security obligations.
Location & Working Pattern
This is a fully onsite position, based at the customer location five days per week. Due to customer requirements, hybrid and remote working are not available for this role.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support on incidents and problems
- Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality
- Create, maintain, and utilise documentation
- Assist building compliance with processes and policies

Desirable Skills and Technologies
Experience in installation, upgrade, configuration, and support of the following: Windows 2016 / Windows 2019 / AWS / Azure Active Directory: Object creation, OU creation, RBAC management, DFS. Hardware: HP iLO and Systems administrator and CISCO USC blade and rack administration. Clustering: Veritas (Symantec) CM and Enterprise Administrator. Microsoft Clustering. Virtualization: VMware VSphere / VSAN, SCVMM, Hyper-V. Networking: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN. Processes: ITIL methodology. Remote & Collaboration: Terminal Services Client, Citrix, Windows Remote Assistance. PowerShell scripting (creating, editing) for automation of processes
