Here at DXC Technology, we are expanding our SAP business across the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA O2C Senior Consultant to join our team. If you are passionate about managing the full lifecycle of SAP projects—from pre-sales and solution design to delivery—this role is ideal for you. You will work with clients across various industries, applying your expertise to deliver value-driven SAP solutions.
DXC Technology is looking for a dynamic SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (O2C) Lead to design and deliver innovative O2C solutions as part of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, SAP functional expertise, client engagement skills, and leadership qualities. You will oversee the end-to-end O2C solution design, covering sales, billing, customer service, and revenue recognition, aligned with industry best practices and digital transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of the SAP S/4HANA O2C process chain, including SD, Billing, Credit Management, Output Management, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).
- Translate business requirements into SAP O2C solutions, covering sales order processing, ATP, delivery, invoicing, returns, pricing, rebates, and intercompany scenarios.
- Engage with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and present solutions.
- Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with SAP Activate methodology.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate with other teams (FICO, MM, TM, EWM, BTP) to ensure seamless system integration.
- Ensure compliance with architectural principles, governance, and industry regulations.
- Support training, testing, UAT, and hypercare activities, acting as the main contact for O2C issues and enhancements.
Required Experience
- Extensive SAP SD/O2C experience with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep knowledge of O2C processes in Manufacturing, CPG, Automotive, or Life Sciences sectors.
- Proficiency in configuring SD, pricing, delivery, output management, credit management, tax, and RAR modules.
- Experience with integrating SAP with FICO, TM, EWM, and third-party logistics or eCommerce platforms.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 3-8 consultants and working on multi-country projects.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Solution Manager, Jira, and testing tools like Tricentis.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills, comfortable with C-level interactions.
Soft Skills and Stakeholder Engagement
- Confidently engage with sales and finance leaders to guide transformation initiatives.
- Simplify complex procurement and supply chain processes into scalable SAP solutions.
- Lead teams, mentor junior staff, and maintain stakeholder alignment.

Methodologies & Tools
- Experience with SAP Activate and agile delivery models.
- Proficiency with Signavio, Solution Manager, JIRA/Confluence, and automation tools like Tricentis.
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines for SAP S/4HANA delivery.
Certifications & Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Sales Certification (C_TS462).
- Experience with SAP RAR and BRIM is a plus.
- Consulting experience with Tier-1 firms (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, EY, Capgemini, Infosys).
- Experience with RISE with SAP and BTP integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, Output Management with Adobe Forms, and ATP functionalities.
