Junior Supply Chain Associate

Join our innovative IT Technology and Insurance company as a Junior Supply Chain Associate, where you\’ll play a key supporting role in ensuring our end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Supply Chain Associate, you will be involved in activities such as:
- Handling end-to-end demand, Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), and Invoice processing (GRN)
- Administering and maintaining internal supply chain policies and processes
- Managing non-complex supply chain requests and assisting with escalations
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding of third-party resources
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support procurement compliance and operational accuracy
- Supporting supplier onboarding, vendor management, and record maintenance
- Executing ad-hoc supply chain and administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- A keen interest in supply chain, procurement, or operations
- Basic understanding of procurement processes (PR/PO/invoice cycles is a plus)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- SAP experience is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
