Role Overview

The Head of E-Commerce will be responsible for developing and executing DXB Perfume's global e-commerce strategy. This role involves overseeing online sales channels, enhancing the digital customer journey, and driving online revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail e-commerce, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with DXB Perfume's brand vision and business objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce business, including website management, digital marketing, customer service, and logistics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless online customer experience.
    • Drive profitability through strategic planning and execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
    • Lead digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow online sales.
