Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:
- Retail Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple perfume retail stores across assigned territory.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, customer service, and compliance.
- Maintain standards consistently across DXB portfolio.
- Sales Management
- Drive sales and profitability across all assigned stores.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends to develop and implement business strategies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for inventory optimization.
- Commercial awareness on all KPIs.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and manage Store in charge and retail staff.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular appraisals and coaching sessions.
- Foster a positive and motivational team environment focused on customer excellence.
- Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure premium customer service is consistently delivered.
- Maintain brand integrity through proper product presentation, service, and storytelling.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues in a professional manner.
- Market Awareness & Expansion
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in identifying new retail opportunities and expansion planning.
