Dx is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Shift Manager with daily de-briefs, ensuring customer service excellence and courier compliance across operations. The role involves logging service issues, investigating driver non-compliances, and monitoring performance using our software to assist on-road issues as needed.
You will also ensure returns follow SOPs, complete ad-hoc de-briefs and vehicle audits, and regularly download handheld scanners to report faults.
