We require an experianced assistant site manager for a permanent position initially based in bonnyrigg. • Minimum 41.5 hours per week with ½ hour unpaid lunch break each day • Normal working hours are 8-5.00pm Monday – Thursday and 8-4.00pm on a Friday • Discretionary bonus on successful completion of high quality units • Life cover at 2 x salary • Private healthcare • Car allowance of £250 p/m • Following successful completion of 12 months service, they will be entitled to opt for an electric company car in replacement of their monthly car allowance • 34 days paid holiday each year (holidays to cover the Christmas shutdown are deducted from this) • 1 months’ notice • Company pension scheme – employee contributions 5% and employer 4% • Salary dependent on experience and is normally confirmed at interview stage
