Key responsibilities
Managing records and documentation
Working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Producing KPI reports and management information
Maintaining accurate compliance records
Supporting audits and business processes
Essential criteria for this role
Previous administration or document control experience
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive and organised approach
