Role Summary
Ensuring service charges are correct and satisfies its Customer requirements. Delivers Great Customer service Every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with Customers and Colleagues at all levels, appropriately and professionally.
- Undertake and support Customer Services and Account Managers
- Manage and control through auditable process compensation claims and refunds to Customers in line with policy and procedures.
- Build environment of continuous improvement, learning and development feeding back to colleagues within your location service improvements and new Customer requirements.
- Achievement of Customer service standards, policies and procedures
- Analysis of data.
- Investigate fully any issues reported by Customers in relation to charges
- Liaise with various parts of Network to ensure standards are upheld and follow the Operational rulings in place.
- Liaise directly with Account Managers to help and resolve Customer issues within an adequate timescale.
- Can work within a team but also on an individual basis.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Good understanding and knowledge surrounding the Customer experience.
- Strong communications skills both written and oral with good networking skills with the ability to create solid relationships internally and externally.
- Commercial and organisational awareness how the company actually delivers its products to the customer
- The ability to identify opportunities and recommend improvements, find solutions and resolve issues.

- Passionate about delivery Great service to our Customers every time.
- A role model telephone manner with a confident approach to talking to Customers and colleagues
- A general passion to please and seek resolutions with the ability to influence and push back in a polite and professional manner.
- Ability to remain focused and decisive when working to specific targets in a pressurised environment
- Accurate, speedy computer/phone input skills
- Be a good Team Player
