Responsibilities
- Support the Shift Manager in completing daily de‑briefs to ensure high standards of customer service and courier compliance with all operational processes.
- Log and communicate any service issues or failures to customer service and the management team during daily de‑briefs.
- Investigate driver non‑compliances and escalated accordingly.
- Use company software to monitor performance and provide support with on‑road issues as required.
- Ensure all returned items are processed according to SOP.
- Complete ad‑hoc de‑briefs when required.
- Daily download handheld scanner data and report any faults.
- Code all returns correctly.
- Complete ad‑hoc vehicle audits.
- Enter POD and address data.
