Providing a premium home delivery service as part of a 2-person crew, ensuring all customers receive exceptional customer service on a multi-drop delivery route. The driver will ensure that all products are transported safely to the customers’ premises and treated as if they were the driver’s own freight.
Responsibilities
- Drive 7.5t vehicles safely and legally, complying with all legal requirements.
- Work as part of a 2-person team to deliver goods to customers’ premises, meeting the agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Install and lightly assemble customer goods at the point of delivery.
- Navigate using maps, demonstrating good geographical knowledge and local familiarity.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
- Resolve customer problems promptly at the point of delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving 7.5t vehicles safely and legally.
- Must hold a C1 or above licence with a valid DQC and Tacho card.
- Maximum of 6 points on licence and no bans.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
