Role Summary: To perform all the administration duties relating to the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate administration and completion of all required administration tasks.
- Collation, preparation and distribution of management reports as required.
- Organise and prioritise maintenance issues and maintain the site maintenance schedule.
- Undertake meeting administration duties including notes & action reports.
- Ensure Road compliance information and records are up to date and compliant with legislation, and internal guidelines.
- Promptly answer all telephone calls received within company guidelines.
- Act as an effective communications link and reliable source of information for others.
- Provide support to the day operations team through support in times of sickness/holiday.
- Ensure office supplies are ordered and distributed accordingly.
- Reports are delivered accurately and in line with deadlines and meet with departmental requirements.
Ideal Requirements:
- Route planning experience (ideally with Truck Stops).
- FLT Licence.
