Role summary:
To provide costings and support details required by immediate management as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide management information relating to performance and SLA’s.
- To provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
- To manage payment of contractors via Excel spreadsheet and DXE CoFee payment portal.
- To manage and record all adhoc’s via a manual workbook.
- To deal with contractor payment queries and requests.
- To report all payments and adjustments to Finance weekly and Management daily.
- To use Excel spreadsheets to enable all data analysis (knowledge of formulas would be preferred).
