Are you a Sales Director ready to write the most exciting chapter of your career? At DwyerOmega, a global leader in precision measurement and control, we’re on a transformation journey, and we’re looking for a dynamic European Sales Director to accelerate growth across Europe.
This is not just another sales leadership role. It’s your opportunity to steward a £150m+ regional revenue portfolio, lead a high performing international team, unlock new markets, and drive strategic sales excellence across a business with significant momentum.
We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and staying close to the business, while also shaping and executing a clear regional strategy.
What You’ll Own & Lead
- Set the regional strategy — design and execute a high impact sales roadmap aligned to global priorities, with clear market, channel, and segment choices.
- Lead and inspire a cross-border sales organisation — embed a culture of accountability, coaching, and performance across direct sales, channel partners / distributors, and OEM / integrator routes to market.
- Grow major customer relationships — sponsor executive level partnerships and ensure robust strategic account plans that expand share of wallet and cross sell across our multi brand portfolio.
- Drive new market expansion — identify and capture breakthrough opportunities across priority European territories and verticals.
- Own forecasting & sales excellence — champion data driven pipeline discipline, price/margin realization, and forecast accuracy in partnership with Finance and Product Management.
- Lead from the front — operate as a hands-on leader who stays connected to customers, teams, and opportunities, helping remove obstacles and accelerate commercial execution.
- Support commercial integration of acquisitions — play a key role in aligning sales teams, portfolios, and go-to-market approaches as DwyerOmega continues to grow through acquisition.
- Collaborate across Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain & Marketing — ensure alignment across departments and deliver strong customer outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
- Revenue attainment and growth vs. plan across core countries and segments.
- Market share expansion in priority territories and verticals.
- Major account development — cross sell penetration and multi-line adoption.
- Forecast accuracy & commercial discipline — ensuring accurate pipeline visibility, disciplined opportunity management, and predictable regional performance.
- Effective collaboration across functions and integration of acquired businesses into a unified commercial model.
- Team engagement & capability — hiring, ramp, coaching cadence, and succession health.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in senior sales leadership within manufacturing / industrial B2B (instrumentation, controls, automation, or adjacent sectors).
- Demonstrated commercial leadership of £100m+ revenue portfolios and teams of 60+ people.
- European leadership experience — scaling multi-country teams and managing direct + channel / OEM networks.
- A track record of delivering transformational, sustainable growth — building strategic account programs, cross-sell playbooks, and improving commercial performance.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving organisations, with a bias toward action and execution.
- Experience helping integrate acquired sales teams, portfolios, or go-to-market models.
- Strong financial, analytical, and operational discipline.
Who You Are
- Results driven, data savvy, and energised by pace.
- A strategic thinker who turns ideas into clear commercial actions.
- A hands-on leader who is comfortable diving into the details when needed.
- Builds confidence and alignment across cultures, functions, and senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement and team growth.
Why DwyerOmega?
- We’re building something exceptional. A global organisation with deep engineering heritage, ambitious market goals, and a commitment to sales excellence.
- You’ll join a brilliantly talented international team and play a defining role in shaping our future.
