We are seeking a Head of Application Sales & Support β EMEA to lead a high-impact regional team that sits at the intersection of technical excellence and commercial success. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving application-led sales growth while ensuring world-class technical support across our diverse portfolio of brands.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Excellence EMEA, you will lead approximately 25 application sales engineers and technical specialists across the region, supporting customers and sales teams across eight core brands.

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' experience in application engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing technical leadership
- Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams across EMEA within manufacturing / engineering
- Strong technical background in industrial instrumentation, process sensing, automation, or related fields
- Experience operating within matrix and multi-brand organisations
