Position Summary
The Ecommerce Operations Lead plays a critical role in driving performance and growth across our ecommerce business. This role owns the measurement strategy, analytics infrastructure, and performance insights that inform decisions across Marketing, Sales, CX, and Product. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable translating data into clear actions that improve both revenue and profitability.
This role will lead the continued development of our ecommerce data and analytics ecosystem, establish key performance indicators, and partner cross-functionally to deliver initiatives that enhance the customer experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end measurement strategy for dwyeromega.com
- Establish KPI frameworks, taxonomies, and benchmarks; maintain the ecommerce analytics roadmap including data capture, governance, and reporting
- Own analytics and tracking implementation (GA/GA4), consent management alignment, and tag management across web and app, ensuring accurate channel and UTM governance
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and operational scorecards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
- Support experimentation and optimization initiatives (A/B testing, personalization), including measurement, impact analysis, and statistical significance
- Integrate behavioral, transactional, and product data to enable segmentation, lifecycle automation, and personalized commerce experiences
- Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and Service teams to connect support interactions back to on-site and digital experience improvements
- Deliver actionable insights that drive results, including funnel optimization opportunities, search and merchandising improvements, content gaps, margin levers, and retention drivers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital commerce analytics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of the ecommerce customer journey and the metrics that support performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention
Competencies
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Google Search Console, FullStory, Power BI, and similar analytics or CX platforms
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into prioritized actions and project plans
- Ability to analyze both online and offline customer journeys to identify opportunities and performance gaps
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort working with data, experimentation, and engineering concepts; experience in industrial B2B environments is a plus
