At DwyerOmega, we’re looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to partner with our supply chain and manufacturing teams across EMEA & APAC, driving performance, cost efficiency, and smarter decision-making. This is a high-visibility role where your insights directly influence operational and financial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning across supply chain operations
- Analyse inventory, DIO, COGS & COGM to unlock working capital improvements
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
- Support cost transformation and productivity initiatives across the regions
- Build and enhance reporting to improve visibility and performance tracking
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, or cost accounting
- Strong understanding of manufacturing / operational environments
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to influence decisions through insight
