What You’ll Be Doing
- The Sensor Build Technician will support the Sensor Build team in meeting the daily production plan through the precise assembly, soldering, and handling of PCBs and electronic components.
- The role requires excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.
- The Technician will follow established work instructions, quality processes, and best‑practice methods — including alignment to IPC J‑STD‑001 workmanship standards — to support overall operational performance and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in PCB assembly, hand soldering, or electro‑mechanical manufacturing.
- IPC J‑STD‑001 certification or proven experience working to IPC J‑STD‑001 standards.
- Ability to follow technical drawings, build instructions, and specifications.
- Strong manual dexterity and high attention to detail.
- Experience using fine‑pitch soldering tools, or small‑component assembly (advantageous).
