As Manager, FP&A – Operations across EMEA and APAC, you’ll sit at the heart of our manufacturing and supply chain finance function, owning COGS forecasting, cost performance, and operational analytics across multiple sites.

You’ll work directly with plant and supply chain leaders, providing the financial insight needed to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement. You’ll also lead and develop a Supply Chain & Operations Analyst, helping build capability as we scale.

  • Partner with operations and plant leadership to provide financial insight and decision support
  • Lead COGS and COGM budgeting & forecasting across EMEA/APAC
  • Own cost and margin analysis, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Drive inventory analysis (including DIO) and purchasing insights
  • Support continuous improvement and cost transformation initiatives

6+ years’ experience in FP&A, operations finance, or cost accounting

Strong background in manufacturing / supply chain finance

Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems

Collaborative and forward-thinking finance team
