What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day‑to‑day operation of the calibration laboratory.
- Ensuring full adherence to company policies, work instructions, test methods and best‑practice standards.
- Loading and unloading sensors in calibration manifolds, verifying results, and generating result files.
- Reviewing calibration outputs and independently interpreting results.
- Coaching, training, and developing new and existing team members.
- Supporting other production areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Actively contributing to Tier 1 meetings and cross‑functional activities.
