SST Sensing Ltd, part of the DwyerOmega Group, is looking for an organised and customer‑focused Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Marketing team in Coatbridge. This is a key role supporting sales operations, customer experience, and order management in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
SST Sensing designs and manufactures electronic sensors and instruments, specialising in fluid and gas sensing solutions supplied to a wide range of industries worldwide. Established in 2002, our modern manufacturing facility is based at Shawhead Industrial Estate, Coatbridge, with excellent transport links via the A8/M8.
As Sales Administrator, you’ll act as a vital link between customers, sales, production, and internal teams. You’ll ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, support sales reporting and forecasting, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, customer interaction, and supporting commercial teams to succeed.
- Process customer orders using ERP and CRM systems, ensuring accurate data capture
- Support sales teams with reporting, forecasting, pipeline data, and KPI tracking
- Maintain customer records, price lists, discounts, and sales documentation
- Provide operational support to Sales Engineering, including backup quotation support and Salesforce input
Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, or commercial admin role (highly desirable).
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
