We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to support our Ely site, the largest in Europe. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support — with a strong focus on employee relations, HR operations, and data accuracy. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Employee Relations & Case Management
    • Manage a variety of ER cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance
    • Ensure fair, timely, and compliant case handling
    • Escalate complex cases where appropriate
  • HR Advisory Support
    • Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees
    • Provide guidance on HR policies and best practice
    • Support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding → offboarding)
  • Multi-Site Support
    • Provide HR support across multiple UK locations (on-site and remotely)
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across sites
    • Ensure consistency in HR processes and policy application
  • HR Systems & Data (Workday)
    • Maintain accurate employee records and lifecycle updates
    • Support audits and ensure strong data governance
    • Promote effective system usage across the business
  • Payroll & Compliance
    • Provide accurate HR inputs to payroll
    • Support query resolution and data validation
    • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential
    • Experience in an HR Advisor (or similar) role
    • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
    • Proven employee relations / case management experience
    • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)
  • Desirable
    • Multi-site environment experience
    • Exposure to payroll processes
    • Involvement in HR projects or system improvements
