Preferred qualifications
- Appropriate National Governing Body (NGB) Certification in a designated water sports discipline (e.g. RYA Start Windsurfing / Sailing)
- Current Recognised First Aid Certificate / British Canoe Union (BCU) Qualification
- Experience delivering water or land‑based activities
- Lifeguard Qualification
