We are seeking interested applicants who have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 degree in Electrical Engineering by September 2026 – that’s it! No prior experience needed.

Your Graduate Scheme:

The successful graduate will be working as part of the Engineering Department to support the capital investment programme. This role will see you working with framework contractors to ensure that capital investments are designed, installed and commissioned to the correct time, adhering to cost and quality requirements. You’ll provide engineering support to the business for planned and reactive projects. There will be a requirement to travel around Wales as required.
