Responsibilities
- Work to appropriate procedures to ensure the safety of all persons on site.
- Provide friendly information service to visitors about places to walk, cycle and other activities.
- Display shop items and maintain stock to maximise income.
- Daily reconciliation of income with till receipts.
- Engage with visitors as an ambassador of Welsh Water.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Ensure tables are clean and available for customers to use.
- Perform general cleaning duties in kitchen and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Practical Health & Safety experience.
- Retail customer service knowledge or specialism.
- Experience working with the general public.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Successful DBS check and satisfactory references.
- Post‑offer medical clearance and criminal records Basic Disclosure check.
