The predicted salary is between 14 - 14 € per hour.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for great food and creating memorable experiences
  • The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and during peak visitor periods
  • Confidence working in a kitchen environment, including basic food preparation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Satisfactory DBS check

You will work with internal staff and members of the public.

Good to know:

  • Flexible working hours considered (on request)
  • The selected candidate will require a basic DBS check prior to starting
  • Driving licence and own transport is essential as Llyn Brenig is a remote site, not covered by public transport
  • Max of 5 shifts per week; we work 9-3 during winter hours and 8-5 in summer
  • Llyn Brenig is open 7 days per week, therefore regular weekend and bank holiday work is essential

Llyn Brenig is one of five stunning visitor attractions operated by DWR Cymru Welsh Water, welcoming thousands of guests each year to enjoy outdoor adventures, scenic walks, and relaxing moments by the water. Llyn Brenig is open all year round and the site has a café, retail area and activity centre which offers both land and water-based activities. Great food is at the heart of these experiences — and as Catering Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in making that happen. We’re looking to join an enthusiastic team and work in one of the most beautiful sites in North Wales.
