What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Helping our people grow, lead and thrive.
  • Support leadership development programmes – from early careers through squiggly careers and emerging and established leaders.
  • Design and deliver engaging training, coaching initiatives that build confident, capable leaders.
  • Help create clear development pathways that enable colleagues to grow their careers.
  • Evaluate the impact of learning and ensure it delivers real value.
  • Promote a culture of continuous professional development and self‑led learning across the business.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, helping to understand development needs and translate them into meaningful learning solutions.

About you:

  • You’ll be someone who has experience in designing and delivering learning or leadership development programmes.
  • Is an engaging facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Can translate business needs into clear, impactful learning solutions.
  • Builds strong relationships and can influence at all levels.
