What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Accurate processing of payments for all developer services (DS) sections.
  • Online and telephone payment invoice reconciliation.
  • Interface with PPU re BACS payments.
  • Creation of billing documents (Invoices, quotes, and credit notes etc).
  • Creation of SAP codes.
  • Processing of refunds to customers as directed.
  • Coordinate and monitor the Developer Services time charging process.
  • Preparing and submitting a weekly DS timesheet log.
  • Preparing timesheet data in the required format to finance on a weekly basis to be uploaded on SAP.
  • Assisting with the recovery of outstanding developer services debt.
  • Rebooking applications through our BPM system.
  • Responding to day-to-day queries received via the DS revenue inbox and via teams.
