Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of projects in the £10M range, working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across all geographic areas.
  • Coordinate and execute projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and financial requirements.
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental stewardship, complying with CDM regulations and fostering a safe culture.
  • Act as NEC Project Manager, managing contractual processes, contract administration, and timely execution of obligations.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to forecast accurately, manage budgets, and optimise value for money across projects.
  • Build trusted relationships with supply‑chain stakeholders, including regulators and partners, to resolve delivery issues.
  • Fulfil standby obligations, ensuring out‑of‑hours availability during emergencies to safeguard service continuity.
