Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for great food and creating memorable experiences
  • The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and during peak visitor periods
  • Confidence working in a kitchen environment, including basic food preparation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Satisfactory DBS check

Working Hours:

  • Maximum 5 shifts per week with 9‑3 during winter hours and 8‑5 during summer
  • Regular weekend and bank holiday work required as Llyn Brenig operates 7 days a week
