Responsibilities
- Serve customers and wait on tables.
- Operate the till, handle cash and card payments.
- Ensure courteous and friendly service to all customers.
- Strive to develop and improve the customer experience.
- Display food items and restock the counter.
- Keep tables and areas clean and available for customers.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the Catering Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in kitchen work or with a brista machine.
- Past food hygiene training.
- Positive, friendly attitude with the ability to work independently.

- Sufficient driving skills with valid licence; own transport is essential.
Work Hours & Schedule
- Maximum of 5 shifts per week.
- Winter hours: 9:00‑15:00; Summer hours: 8:00‑17:00.
- Llyn Brenig operates 7 days per week; regular weekend and bank holiday work is required.
- Seasonal positions initially run during summer holidays with potential for future shifts.
