  1. Work to appropriate procedures to ensure the safety of all persons on site.

  2. Cooking our freshly made breakfasts and lunch time meals.

  3. Following recipes to make soups and cakes.

  4. Preparing the Salad Bar, making sandwiches, prepping cakes.

  5. Ensuring tables are clean and available for customers to use.

  6. General cleaning duties with the kitchen and storage areas.

  7. Waiting tables when required.

  • Ideally Level 2 Food Hygiene

  • Catering experience

  • Practical Health & Safety experience

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Commercial awareness
